Castle Tyren

Some say Castle Tyren is empty, and some disagree. The castle is surrounded by a deep mote and rumors has it that crocodiles lived in it's muddy water. The castle is usually dark, but sometimes, a glint of light would shine from the windows at odd hours of the day. So who can say?

Kyen shook his head.
'I seen it in your hand, it fits you well." smiling slightly, he grasped the blade and offered the hilt to Stephon. "Night Hawk is yours. May the strength of the great hunter run forever in your body and may its speed and power allow you to do what is right." Kyen rased Blue Ice in a salute to Stephon and the blade hummed, almost purred in his and. "Blue Ice will serve me well."

Stephon soluted as well nodding in respect before sheathing his sword and turning to Alina."Told you swords were better than bows."He teased.

Alina frowned."A bow is our ancestors weapon stophon.Mother had a bow."

"It's still just a stick with a string attached to it."Stephon mumbled,but Alina heard him.

Swiftly while he was off his guard Alina grabbed Stephons arm and threw him to the ground pinning him there with his arm twisted behind his back causing him to wince.

"A stick huh?Swords are peices of scrape metal with wooden handles on the end so that you don't cut yourself."Alina smirked."Besides you know well that I do have skills with a sword."She had learned from the forest spirits.

Kyen couldn't help chuckling,
"Why don't you two try out the sward with me. I can teach you both new skills and perhaps your sister will learn to appreciate the sword."

Alina smiled and released stephon leaping back as he swung an arm at her."Sure.I will get Storm shadow from my room.Alina hurried away while Stephon got to his feet."She can be sweet but she has the heart of a bull."he said once she was out of hearing range.

Kyen smiled,
"A bull ha? Watch out, bulls can be deadly." he winked at him.

Stephon smirked."It's no wonder she doesn't have any suitors.They think she's too bold and confident for her own good."

"Why, if you weren't her brother, I would think you got your eyes on her." he teased, the rear humor surfacing. "So tell me, what happened after I told you to run?"

"Your sick man."Stephon scoffed."Aye I ran.Got mixed with some of those thieve men in the village Angor.I escaped using the sword you lended me and fled the rest of the way here without stopping..I was scratched and skinned from tripping to much from lack of sleep."He chuckled."Woods are no place for a man without experience."

Kyen snorted,
"Talk about it I took years to master my skill. Now I can travel silent as a shadow and swift as the wolf. All it takes is practice lad."

Stephon nodded.

"I see you two have caught up with each other.How nice."Alina said as she walked up to Stephons side.

"All in good timing."Stephon said with an innocent grin.

Alina snorted.She fingered the sword hilt at her side tentatively.

"Now who want to take on Blue ice first?" he asked a glint in his gaze.

Alina shoved Stephon off to the side and drew a dark bladed sword."Ladies first.Meet Dark shadow."She grinned witha devils look in her golden yellow eyes.

Kyen smiled and crossed blades with her and then began circling her. his stence was weary, live and his eyes now held a wildness of the preditor he could shift to.

Alina smiled even more.She circled with him her eyes looked on his.His eyes.So beautiful....She shook her head.Focus.She held his gaze the instinct of the wolf inside her growled."How quick are you."She asked in a steal voice.

Kyen suddenly lunged at her from he side, tapping her slightly on the shoulder and back and away,
"Like so." he replied calmly as he kept out of her range.

Alina hadto blink once before smiling once more."Impressive."Then she leaped at him grabbing his sword arm and twisting him to the ground snatching the sword from him in the process.She laughed as she now held two swords and Kyen was left defenseless.

Kyen rased an eye brow,
"That wasn't half bad las." he said as he arched upwards, did a flip to land on his feet, reclaim his sword and leapt away. then he went in again, He moved inside her guard and her sword's reach and tripped her with her sword. For a moment, he was on top of her and his eyes gazed intensly into hers, then he was away, light on his feet dancing away again.

Alina felt her heart leap and sat up quickly.Out of the corner of her eye her brother was smirking.She rose to her feet and grunted."My sword if you please."She would lay out a weakness here.

Kyen nodded and stepped towards her extending her sword hilt first to her. Then he sat next to her and crossed his legs under him. His eyes now were a brilliant grey blue so intense, it was hard to look away from. He smiled,
"Think you for the fight las." then he stood, reaching out a firm hand to help her up. "I hope that was not to rough."

Alina sheathed her sword."Not at all."She said taking his hand.Her eyes sparkled at him.

Kyen smiled at her, the gesture lighting up his face and his hand was around her hand. It was warm and soft and he held on to it a moment longer than needed after he had helped her up.

Alina blushed and Stephon interfered with the moment."Alright you two break it up.It's my turn."Stophon yanked Alina's hand away while whispering into her ear so that only she heard."Only of royal blood."Alina grunted and stepped away from her brother folding her arms across her chest."Very well then let's see what you can do brother."alina glared at him.

"Well, let's see how well i have taught you lad." Kyen said as he began circling Stephon. He managed to get him looking into the sun then he struck, swift as a viper. He laid the flat of his blade on the boy's shoulder and leaped away.

Alina chuckled.As stephon began to step back towards her and didn't stop she stuck out her foot and tripped the boy laughing."Ouch!!""OOoopps.Watch what your doing."Alina pranced away when Stephon swung an arm for her legs.

Kyen chuckled softly and winked at Allina, perhaps theprincess is not as upity as he thought.
"Wooops, a swards man always look where his feet are." he said his eyes gleaming and began circling again.
